Professor Carson wanted the class to also watch the film The Wizard of Oz and do an analysis on that....once again I decided to go the Broadway musical route and thought I would use the show Wicked. Wicked is about the time before Dorothy and dives more into the two famous witches of Oz, Glinda and the "wicked" witch of the west, Elphaba (that's her name).
Since this isn't the Wizard of Oz, where we had to talk about scale, paradox, and metaphor, I'm just gonna focus on the color palettes instead. This show has some amazing color in it and I want to show that with this post :)
The one below is my personal favorite, I love how the colors are so bright and vivid.
