My name is Katlin Shafran, I am from upstate New York and I'm currently working as a kennel assistant while learning some grooming on the side. Animals are my pride and joy and I'm blessed to work with them!

Some little things about me would be that I love music. If I'm doing anything, music is probably playing. Taylor Swift has been my top Spotify artist for 2 years and going strong, but I like to dabble in all kinds of tunes too. I also enjoy movies, I'm a big Marvel fan, as well as horror, and obviously, the greatest film of all time is The Lion King.

As for my art, I have always been into art since I was able to pick up a utensil to draw with. Through school, I really enjoyed my art classes, but it wasn't until ninth grade that I got into drawing and painting. I got invested in my art then because I didn't have an art class that year, only a music one, so I guess there was a bit of withdrawal for me with not being able to make art. I didn't always pick the best times to draw though. I would draw in my classes all the time instead of paying attention to what was happening in class, but that's called passion am I right? ;)
